This glass-covered Maserati may be a perfect response for those who fake accidents
Most car lovers dream to own a Maserati, but an Italian artist decided to cover the luxury vehicle with 800kg of broken and fragmented glass.
Dubbed the “Maseratirundum,” the installation was part of the exhibition at the second Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art, and could demonstrate Italy’s elegance and vitality at the same time, according to its creator, Luca Pancrazzi.
What Pancrazzi may have never thought of is that the artwork has been given a completely different meaning in China. As photos of the glass-covered car went viral, many Chinese netizens believe such a design can be a good “weapon” against people who deliberately throw themselves into cars to blackmail the drivers.
