Former South African president Thabo Mbeki has been involved in a heated exchange during an inquiry into the Arms Deal. The probe was set up by President Jacob Zuma and began sitting last year. It’s looking into claims of massive, high-level, government corruption. CCTV’s Guy Henderson reports from Pretoria
