Talk Africa: Reopened Skies and Tourism

Read < 1 minute

As African countries resume international flights, the tourism sector is set to be handed a major boost. As one of the top foreign exchange earners for destination countries in Africa, the COVID-19 pandemic has left the sector in tatters.

So how prepared are airlines, hotels and the tourism industry to return to business? And how do we see the sectors overcoming some of the hurdles caused by the Corona pandemic?
