NBA: Playoffs-Toronto Raptors at Miami Heat

South Sudanese-British basket sensation Luol Deng last week signed with giant basketball club Los Angeles Lakers on a four-year deal worth $72 million.

Deng is already a two-time NBA All-Star and he averaged 13.3 points and 5.9 rebounds for Miami Heat last season.

The 31-year-old joins the Lakers from Miami Heat and the 6-foot-9 forward has played for top teams including Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls from 2004 to 2014.

In 2007, the 31-year-old received the NBA Sportsmanship Award, selected by fellow players as the athlete who best exemplifies the ideals of sportsmanship on the court.

Deng typically does a little bit of everything on the court and gives the Lakers someone to fill the small-forward spot.
