South Sudan govt adamant the national dialogue will take place despite lack of funds

To stop the fighting, President Salva Kiir has called for national dialogue.

But there’s no money for those talks right now. However South Sudan’s government has promised that the finance ministry will make the money available. In the meantime, though, people are dying.
