South Africa’s ‘lovely loos’ the answer for Bucket toilets

Bucket toilet system is still being used by many township residents in South Africa. It remains a thorn in the side of city officials who are trying bring adequate sanitation and ablution facilities to more low income households.

Over 70,000 households in Cape Town alone have little to no sanitation at all.

It can be a tedious wait for adequate municipal facilities and services because of budgetary constraints.

However there is one preschool that has decided on going green to service its ablution needs,CCTV’s Travers Andrews  filed this story
