South Africans mourn Gospel star Lundi Tyamara in a solemn funeral
Gospel star Lundi Tyamara died from a liver failure just over a week ago at a Johannesburg hospital was laid to rest in his home town, Worcester, Western Cape in South Africa today.
The 38-year-old popular gospel musician was well known for his debut album hit “Mphefumlo Wam”.
Lundi is survived by his two children, a son and daughter
South African media report that Tyamara had a sad ending after being rendered homeless while still fighting for his life in the hospital.
Tymara who sold millions of albums and raked in millions of rands in gigs and royalties, was kicked out of the townhouse he was renting in Mondeor, Joburg south, by the owner while he was lying on his deathbed according to local media reports
