South Africa State capture report accuses Zuma, ministers of ethics violations

The State of Capture report released by South Africa’s outgoing anti graft kingpin Thuli Madonsela has caught a lot of South Africans by surprise.

It details alleged breeches of the executive code of Ethics by president Jacob Zuma and points a finger at several cabinet ministers and a CEO of a state owned entity. On Thursday analysts were unpacking the document.
