South Africa remains Africa’s top investment destination

Despite weak growth and increasing domestic challenges, South Africa remains the number-one investment destination in Africa.

A recent study by Rand Merchant Bank lists the country as the most attractive for foreign investment, followed by Nigeria, Ghana and Morocco. That report also shows Egypt has slipped three places, while China remains the largest single investor on the continent.
