Nine additional COVIDー19 cases have been confirmed in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu.
Six people contracted the virus from individuals already under quarantine, while four frontline healthcare workers among the twenty one positive cases, according to the Ministry of Health and Human Services.
Somalia registered its first death from coronavirus, the Horn of Africa country said on Wednesday April 8.
