Shell Compensates Nigerian Fishermen for Oil Spill

Oil giant, Royal Dutch Shell will pay out about 83.4 million dollars in compensation for two oil spills that occurred in Nigeria in 2008. Shell has agreed to settle fishermen affected by the spill and also roll out cleaning programmes in the affected Delta region. CCTV’s Wazir Khamsin reports
