According to the official, two crocodiles had made their home on that particular section of the park for years with warning signs laid out, AFP reports.

The crocodiles are currently listed as critically endangered on The International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) red list, due to hunting and habitat loss.
