SADC pushes for inquiry into Lesotho’s ex- army chief killing

The Extraordinary SADC Summit hosted by South African President Jacob Zuma in Pretoria on Friday, has decided to set up an independent commission of inquiry to investigate the circumstances surrounding the recent assassination of Lesotho’s former army commander, Brigadier Maaparankoe Mohao, as soon as possible. The summit was attended by heads of state from Lesotho, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Malawi.
