150 delegates drawn from the Government of South Sudan, the Rebel SPLA-in the Opposition, clergy and civil society groups are gathered in the Ethiopian Capital, for a last ditch effort to get the process back on track. Addressing the participants, Ethiopia’s Foreign Minister, Tewodros Adhanom said the decision to make or break the country lies with the South Sudanese people.
