S. African organisation helping migrants return home
An organisation in South Africa is helping people, who migrated, make the journey home. So far, it’s brought back more than 350,000 from overseas and many of them have returned with the ability to create jobs.
The Home Coming Revolution started life as an non governmental organisation more than a decade ago. Today it’s commercializing itself as it reaches out to the diaspora, offering opportunities to come back to the continent. It’s a compelling story because their research shows that for every skilled person that returns home, 9 new jobs are created in the formal and informal sectors.
