In Kenya, the 2nd phase of the Standard Gauge Railway has been commissioned by the country’s president, Uhuru Kenyatta. The railway line is part of a project that connects the coastal city of Mombasa to Kisumu, near Lake Victoria and into Uganda. CGTN’s Terry Wangari took the train from Nairobi, and filed this report.
