A witness at the venue says he clearly heard the attackers say that French President Francois Hollande was to blame for the attacks due to France’s military action in Syria.// Across the city at the Stade de France, at least three explosions were heard during an international football game. President Francois Hollande was at the stadium when the bombings took place. He was later evacuated to an emergency meeting. He called the attacks “unprecedented”.
