South African State prosecutors and the defence team of Oscar Pistorius have been locked in talks all day.

They’ve been deciding on a date when the athlete should present himself at court for a fresh bail application.

The country’s Supreme Court of Appeal on Thursday overturned an earlier conviction of manslaughter – convicting him of murder.
