One killed in Train collision in South Africa
At least one person has been killed in a train crash on Monday afternoon after two passenger trains collided on the Thembisa line near Kaalfontein‚ east of Johannesburg, with about 100 injured.
The trains collided on the rail split from Kaalfontein Station towards Oakmoor and Tembisa stations in Esselen Park.
Paramedics and rescuers are at the scene of the crash.
Most of those who sustained injuries in the crash have been rushed to nearby health facilities to get medical attention.
