Nigeria’s Battle with Boko Haram

The Nigerian government has pledged a massive security operation ahead of the World Economic Forum to be held in Abuja in May. This follows the explosion that rocked the Nyanya bus station killing at least 71 people and injured 124.  President Goodluck Jonathan has blamed Boko Haram militants for the deadliest attack ever on Nigeria’s federal capital.  But the insurgents have not yet claimed responsibility.
