Nigeria: At least 65 people were killed Saturday
At least 65 people were killed on Saturday, during an attack by Islamist militant group Boko Haram, near Nigeria’s northeastern city of Maiduguri. A Nigerian military spokesman said that the militants attacked the community of Dalori, east of Maiduguri and burnt down the village.
At least three female suicide bombers trying to mix with the villagers were intercepted and were subsequently blown up. The attack is the third this week, suspected to have been carried out by the insurgent group.
