The eastern region of Morocco is known as the country of sagebrush. Most of the land is arid or semi arid, with forests covering two and a half million hectares. People in the region rely mainly on cattle breeding, but with low and irregular rainfall, drought is a common factor that farmers in the area have to contend with. CCTV’s Maria Galang reports
