Mali’s President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita has payed tribute to some of the foreign victims of the recent hotel attack in Bamako that killed 20 people.

Heavily armed gunmen stormed the Radisson Blu Hotel in Mali’s capital, Bamako, and reportedly shot indiscriminately at people, killing at least 21 and injuring many others.

Boubacar Keita was forced to fly back into the country after news of the attack reached him.
