All is set in Kenya for the historic visit of Asia’s richest man Jack Ma, founder and executive chairman of Chinese internet giant Alibaba Group.

The 52-year-old will be in the capital Nairobi, in his capacity as special advisor for youth entrepreneurship and small businesses to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

Ma will be in Kenya on July 20 where in the morning hours, he will engage entrepreneurs on “The role of small businesses in global trade.”

He is also set to give a speech at The University of Nairobi.

Ahead of his visit, Kenyans are already excited by the prospects of possibly meeting him.

The country’s Twitter users have been posting welcoming messages to the world’s 14th richest man, who has had an inspiring life story.

After his two-day stay in Kenya, Ma will then go to Rwanda where he will also meet and engage youth on entrepreneurship.
