In Kenya, not many farmers can reliably run a farm based only on rain-fed agriculture.

That means most turn to irrigation systems to water their crops, even though they can be both expensive, and frustrating.

Maria Galang met one farmer who is turning to the sun whose heat dries out his crops – to help them thrive.
