Kenyan President calls for voluntary measures for emission reduction

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta said that his country was among the first developing nations to submit an ambitious INDC, or Intended Nationally Determined Contributions, despite being responsible for what he described as a mere 0.1 percent of the total global emissions.
