Kenya records 195 new COVID-19 cases
The Kenyan Ministry of Health has announced 195 cases of COVID-19 tested from a sample pool of 1,852 tested in the last 24 hours.
The total of confirmed cases in the country has risen to 45,076 and the cumulative total of samples tested to 623,828.
The infections include 176 Kenyans and 19 foreigners. 137 patients are male while 58 are female.
The youngest patient is a five-month-old baby while the oldest is 75-years-old.
The total cases in ICU are 39, and 39 people are on supplemental oxygen.
The total number of people admitted in various health facilities are 1,084 while those under the Home-based Isolation Care are 2,480.
