Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs Amb. Raychelle Omamo, Permanent Secretary Amb. Macharia Kamau , Political Diplomatic Secretary Amb. Tom Amolo, Chinese Embassy’s Minister-Counsellor Mr. Zhao Xiyuan, and Defence Attaché, Senior Colonel Wang Yang were present.
Ambassador Zhou arrived in Nairobi on 31st August, 2020.
