Kenya drop to 24th place in rugby world rankings as New Zealand maintain top spot
A lack of matches has seen Kenya’s 15-a-side rugby team drop one place in the latest world rankings.
The East African side last played a match in August. Their next fixture is in June, where they’ll have an opportunity to improve on their 24th spot. New Zealand remain top of the world but England are closing in fast.
Former two-time world champions South Africa are in 6th place.
In the teams which fall under the Confederation of African Rugby, Namibia are top of the continent while Uganda — who are 43rd in the world — round off the top five.
