Judges at The Hague court close to compensating children forced to fight in DRC

After a week of hearings, the International Criminal Court is one step closer to releasing money to help children who were forced to fight in the DRC war that broke out in 2002.

Congolese war lord Thomas Lubanga has already been prosecuted and is behind bars. But the court has struggled to hand out reparations in this case, even after years of debate.
