Ivorian chocolate makers try to woo locals

Chocolate makers in Cote d’Ivoire are trying to encourage cocoa farmers to sell their beans to local producers, rather than exporting them.

The West African country is the world’s leading cocoa producer. But less than a third of the beans grown there are turned into chocolate products locally.
