The Chinese embassy in Somalia has reopened in the capital Mogadishu. The embassy was closed 23 years ago during the 1991 civil war. The ceremony was attended by government officials, diplomats and leading figures in Somalia’s society. CCTV caught up with Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud to find out the impact this will have on relations between China and Somalia.
