Inflation in Uganda

Uganda’s capital Kampala may have been ranked as East Africa’s cheapest city to live in, for expatriates, but vital amenities still remain out of reach for many Ugandans. The Consumer Price Index data from the Uganda Bureau of Statistics indicates that the annual inflation rate shot up to 11.1 per cent in March and is projected at 14.1 per cent in April.uganda
