Guinea Village Believed to be ‘source’ of Ebola outbreak

Guinea’s Melliandou village is believed to be the place where the current Ebola outbreak started. Researchers from The New England Journal of Medicine have traced the origin of the virus to a family in which a two-year-old boy from the village was the first victim to have died of Ebola in December 2013.
