Four killed in Egypt train crash

Four people have been killed in a train accident just south of Egypt’s capital Cairo which also left around 24 people injured.

Three people died on the spot while one succumbed to injuries after being rushed to hospital.

Railway officials said the train that was travelling to the southern city of Aswan derailed from the rail track.

Train services from Cairo to the southern regions of the capital were halted after the accident.
