Former president of Central African Republic Michel Djotodia has been reinstated as the leader of the Muslim Seleka rebel group. This comes months after he fled from power under strong international pressure for his failure to rein in ex-rebels that swept him into power. His reinstatement now risks complicating peace talks due to take place later this month.
