There’s an old Chinese saying “For people, food comes first.” Agricultural modernization is one of the key elements of President Xi Jinping’s 10 point plan for China-Africa cooperation.

The following video in our FOCAC series explains how President Xi’s plan has helped raise the level and capacity of agricultural development in Africa, and provided the continent with a significant guarantee in achieving food security and securing economic development.
