Ethiopia-Djibouti railway construction offers job opportunities for skills-hungry workers
The Ethiopia-Djibouti railway is set to be officially opened this week.
It has created a range of employment opportunities in many sectors of Ethiopia’s economy and many have gained skills by working with Chinese contractors running the project.
Coletta Wanjohi speaks to an electrical engineer who’s been working on the railway since the beginning of the project.
