President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi has confounded both friend and foe by shrugging off concerns over his security and leading a bicycle marathon in the Capital, Cairo. AL Sisi and hundreds of students mainly from the military academy cycled for about 20 kilometres to promote alternative transportation for Egyptians, and saving power subsidies on petroleum.
