Egypt pens two-year supply of oil deal with Kuwait

Egypt has struck a deal with Kuwait to receive monthly oil shipments at international prices.

This follows the indefinite suspension of a preferential deal by Saudi Arabia. The kingdom had agreed to supply Egypt with 700,000 tons of oil a month.
