Egypt Iftar Record: Alexandria Breaks Guinness World Record for Longest Table

During the holy month of Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to dusk.Tables laid out in the streets right before Iftar time, usually called ‘Moa’ed el-Rahman’ offering free food, are frequently seen in Egypt during Ramadan. But On Friday the city of Alexandria put up the worlds longest Iftar table breaking  a Guinness World Record. Susan Mwongeli reports
