Uganda has passed a bill that bans smoking in public places. The country’s Parliament has also increased the minimum smoking age limit to 21 and restricted advertising of cigarettes.

The new law aims to provide 100% smoke free environments as a way for discouraging smokers. CCTV’S Isabel Nakirya reports.
