Crayfish now on the don’t-buy-list due to overfishing

South Africa’s most famous West Coast Rock Lobster has been placed on the Red Don’t-Buy-list of the South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative.

The SASSI list has become more widely adopted by consumers and retailers acts as a guide to empower consumers to choose and consume species that are caught in a sustainable manner.

Now West Coast Lobster is set to disappear from the dinner plates due to large scale over fishing. Take a look!
