Concerns mount over whether Kampala will withdraw troops in Somalia

Read < 1 minute

Uganda has been reviewing its peacekeeper deployment in Somalia and the Central African Republic. That could lead to a troop withdrawal.

The army’s formed a special committee. It’s recommendations will reportedly be followed.

It’s not the first review of Uganda’s peacekeeping operations.
