Armenia has warned its citizens against traveling to Egypt except when necessary, its state news agency said Wednesday.
“The Armenian Foreign Ministry advises Armenian citizens to temporarily avoid visiting Egypt without serious need,” read the announcement, reported by Armenpress.
The warning comes two weeks after several world airlines halted trips to Egypt following the fatal crash of a Russian passenger plane in Sinai, which killed all 224 on board.
