Chinese team offers medical training to local students in South Sudan

Chinese peacekeepers are, meanwhile, stepping up their efforts in South Sudan.

The Chinese Level Two Hospital is now offering medical training to students. The peacekeeping hospital recently partnered with a local health school to help train its students. So far, it’s received 20 local medical students. The 7th Chinese peacekeeping medical team which is based at the hospital has promised to offer assistance. The team has been in the country since September last year.

The students have since been visiting the hospital located in Wau.
