Chinese Air Cadets Trained In The South African Town Of Oudtshoorn

Chinese air cadets are being trained in the South African town of Oudtshoorn. China needs thousands of new pilots in the coming years, so state-owned aerospace defence company Avic has been buying shares in training facilities across the globe to help fast-track the process.
