China to build the new administrative capital city in Egypt

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El –Sisi witnessed the signing of 21 technical and economic deals between their two countries among which was one of building the new administrative capital.

A 1 billion dollar financing agreement to the Egyptian Bank was signed and a 700 million dollars loan to the state- owned National Bank of Egypt also signed.

Deals worth 15 billions dollars in transportation, power generation and civil aviation sectors were signed between the two nations.

President Xi Jinping was received with a 21 gun salute by President El-Sisi on his arrival in Cairo on Wednesday. The President is expected to join cultural celebrations in company of President El Sisi at the Luxor temple in Luxor city Thursday evening. These celebrations mark the 6 decades of diplomatic relations between the two nations
