Chimp sanctuary battles growing numbers as contraceptives fail

In Uganda, failing contraceptives for chimpanzees are worrying conservationists.

One sanctuary on Lake Victoria – which rescues orphaned chimps – is overwhelmed with the growing population.  Chimpanzees in captivity are often given birth-control medicine to limit their numbers.
