Egypt’s aviation ministry has abruptly cancelled a meeting between the minister and the Russian transport minister.
They cited lack of time as the reason. This has cast doubts over the efforts to resume Russian flights that were cancelled after the crash of a Russian passenger jet in the Sinai last year.
